Alternatively referred to as opportunity sampling, convenience s ampling refers to a form of non-probability sampling in which the sample drawn is selected because it is either easily available or convenient to obtain the required information for the study (Bryman Bell, 2007, p. 247). This method is highly useful where a certain specific sample in the population is capable of providing the information required for the research. In this study, the sample will be drawn from the mainstream managers because they are more capable of having information about the impact of HR outsourcing on financial performance. The executive, finance managers, HR managers and operations managers are in a better position to provide information on the costs incurred in their companies. Accordingly, they are best placed to provide the information required for this study as opposed to regular employees who may not have direct contact with the finances and operations of the company. The researcher will pick four managers from each of the 6 banks selected besides Standard Chartered bank. These will include the Chief Financial Officer, accounting manager, HR manager and Operations manager from each bank selected. Throughout history, America has fought plenty of wars, internal and external. From war with other countries to wars fought with each other. These wars were fought for freedom, equality, hope and for a voice that should be heard, but those things cannot be obtained easily. Americans declared war against England to prove a point, to get the message across that they can survive on their own and that they can even surpass their mother country, which they did when they were victorious on both occasions. The relationship between the colonies and England was already tense by the time the wars started. The Americans were tired of being ignored and treated as unequal. They did not like how other countries still had so much control over the land that they occupy and how taxes were enforced on them by the same people. Their lives were basically all about making money for their mother country. Make money, send it back home, and listen to the rules that were placed upon you by someone that is not even physically there.
